Bebida is seeking a talented Short Form Video Editor who lives and breathes sports, internet culture, and fast-moving content. In this role, you will shape compelling short-form videos for YouTube and social channels, turning raw footage into polished, engaging edits that capture attention quickly and keep audiences watching.
You'll work independently while staying closely connected with the Bebida team to plan around key sports moments, trending stories, and timely opportunities. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys owning their workflow, staying organized, and moving quickly in a dynamic content environment.
We’re looking for someone with strong experience editing YouTube content, especially short-form sports videos. A background in building or editing a successful Shorts, TikTok, or Instagram account is a major plus. You should be confident creating sharp, high-impact edits and comfortable working with motion graphics, podcast clips, and reel-style content.
The ideal candidate has a strong instinct for what performs well online and understands the intersection of sports, creators, and youth culture. If you know how to turn moments into must-watch content and bring a fresh creative perspective to every edit, we’d love to hear from you.
• 3+ years of experience in video editing, with a strong focus on short-form content
• Proven experience editing sports-related YouTube videos or social content
• Advanced short-form editing skills, including pacing, storytelling, and retention-focused cuts
• Experience with motion graphics, podcast clips, Shorts, and Reels
• Strong understanding of sports culture, viral trends, and creator-led content
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Fluent in English
