The ideal editor has a sharp eye for pacing, timing, and visual rhythm, with the ability to craft edits that feel dynamic, polished, and highly watchable. If you can recreate the energy, structure, and impact of a strong reference edit while bringing your own precision and creativity to the work, this role could be a great fit.

This is a remote opportunity for someone who is comfortable editing challenge videos, interviews, IRL content, and short-form social clips for platforms like Reels and Shorts. You should be confident working with raw footage, selecting the best moments, and shaping each video into something entertaining from start to finish.

We are especially interested in editors who understand comedic timing, know how to keep attention in the first few seconds, and can deliver content that feels native to modern social media audiences. A strong sense of motion, text treatment, and overall presentation is important, along with the ability to follow a specific style direction.
