We’re looking for a talented scriptwriter who can help us create content that captures attention immediately and keeps viewers watching.

Who You’ll Write For

You’ll be creating content for high-level entrepreneurs and industry leaders, including founders, doctors, attorneys, investors, and coaches running established businesses and growing audiences. Your work will appear under well-known names and reach large audiences, giving you the opportunity to build an impressive portfolio quickly.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll write short-form video scripts, opening hooks, and captions that are designed to perform. You’ll spot emerging trends early, adapt them to each client’s tone of voice, and turn ideas into content that feels timely, relevant, and authentic.

You’ll also review performance data to understand what drives views, retention, and shares, then use those insights to improve future scripts. Since you’ll work closely with our scripting and editing team, your ideas can move from draft to published content in a very short timeframe.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is deeply familiar with social media and understands how each platform works from firsthand experience. You should already know what makes people stop scrolling, what keeps them engaged, and how to write in a way that feels natural to each client’s audience.

We’re looking for someone who has either written professionally for short-form content or has built a personal brand or page with measurable results. You should be comfortable writing quickly, taking feedback well, and maintaining a high standard for your own work.

If you don’t naturally think in hooks, retention, and audience psychology, this likely won’t be the right fit.
