What You'll Do:

Develop approximately 600 engaging short-form scripts monthly for a diverse array of influential clients.

Design compelling hooks, narratives, and calls-to-action aimed at maximizing audience retention and achieving viral success.

Stay at the forefront of social media trends across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.

Utilize cutting-edge AI tools like Claude and PoppyAI to enhance script quality and productivity.

Collaborate closely with editors, social media managers, and account leads to ensure your scripts effectively translate into high-performing content.

Analyze content performance metrics to refine strategies and innovate new content styles and storytelling techniques.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience creating viral short-form content, with demonstrable results from personal or client projects.

In-depth knowledge of short-form storytelling, audience engagement, and the psychology behind viewer interaction.

Compensation and Growth:
