In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire short form content pipeline, from identifying captivating moments in our footage to crafting engaging and viral-ready content. Your tasks will involve synchronizing multiple video sources, including gameplay and dual facecam recordings, and expertly managing multicam editing to ensure seamless and engaging content.

We need someone with a deep understanding of what makes gambling content resonate with audiences on platforms like YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels. If you have a knack for recognizing viral potential and an eye for detail, especially in editing out unnecessary content to maintain viewer engagement, we want to hear from you.

Who We’re Looking For:

• An experienced editor with a proven track record in short form strategy and content creation for YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels.
• An individual who possesses a thorough understanding of online and in-person gambling content, including slots, casino games, and more.
• Someone who can efficiently identify and extract key moments from extensive raw footage and synchronize multicam footage seamlessly.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Crafting a portfolio showcasing your prowess in both strategy and editing; please include examples in your application.
• Reviewing footage to pinpoint the most engaging clips and collaborating with us on final selections.
• Consistently producing two high-quality shorts per day and designing compelling thumbnails.
• Adapting content to suit the distinct formats of YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels.
• Conducting thorough analysis of performance metrics to inform future content strategies.
• Proposing innovative short form content ideas weekly to keep our content fresh and engaging.
• Maintaining and organizing our content library in the 2026 Shorts tracking sheet and ensuring timely uploads to Google Drive.
• Engaging in ongoing research to stay ahead of trends and refine editing techniques.
• Working collaboratively with our team, maintaining open communication to achieve outstanding results.
