Your Role
You'll be at the heart of producing 2-3 captivating ads each week. Armed with a script and creative vision from our founder, your task will be to source footage, craft engaging edits, and deliver ads that resonate deeply with our audience. Your edits will feature tight pacing, emotional depth, and seamless transitions, ensuring no moment is wasted and every frame pulls viewers into the story.

Performance Metrics
Your success will be measured by several key performance indicators, including hook and hold rates, return on ad spend (ROAS), and first-cut approval rates. Timeliness, quick revisions, and responsive communication are also vital to your role. Compensation
We offer a competitive base rate of $50-80 per video, adjustable based on experience, with the potential for raises and bonuses as you meet and exceed your KPIs.
