Your Main Mission

Your primary focus will be working closely with David Bayer, a renowned transformational coach and entrepreneur who is rapidly growing his influence with a $50M+ business and a substantial YouTube following. Think of a blend between Joe Dispenza and Alex Hormozi. You will immerse yourself in David's unique world, mastering his methodology, voice, and audience resonance to craft scripts that authentically reflect his transformational journey.

Beyond this, you will also contribute to other exciting projects, including structuring podcast episodes for tech innovators like n8n, scripting content for founders of successful eight-figure businesses, and supporting the diverse content needs across our expanding client base.

Your Core Responsibilities

Scriptwriting & Content Development

• Create detailed scripts, talking points, and discussion guides for various platforms, including YouTube and podcasts.
• Transform raw concepts into organized outlines for our creative team to bring to life.
• Design captivating introductions, map out episode structures, and pinpoint engaging topics.
• Specifically for David Bayer: Embrace his methods, language, and audience to ensure your scripts are indistinguishable from his voice.

Client Engagement

• Serve as the primary liaison for our clients, with a special focus on David Bayer.
• Convert client concepts and feedback into actionable directives for our creative team.
• Communicate strategic direction and creative insights back to clients seamlessly.
• Drive project momentum, address obstacles, and align expectations to keep everything on track.

Creative Collaboration

• Contribute innovative ideas to our content team.
• Investigate trending topics, formats, and angles within the client's industry.
• Offer feedback on titles, thumbnails, and overall content presentation as needed.
