Your Role:

Your main task will be to craft retention-focused scripts for a talking-head, educational video format. You will analyze and reverse-engineer successful scripting techniques from leading channels like Ali Abdaal, Kit, and Kallaway to enhance our content's engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and Development: Dive deep into topics, utilizing the video idea and structure guide we provide, to create scripts that are both informative and compelling.
• Script Creation: Deliver comprehensive, publish-ready scripts that naturally incorporate expert insights, aligning with defined narrative structures.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the on-screen host and our YouTube strategist to refine scripts, respond to feedback, and ensure alignment with our strategic goals.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in writing scripts that drive viewer retention, with examples of past successes.
• Familiarity with the scripting styles of Ali Abdaal, Kit, and Kallaway, as these will inform our approach.
• Background in B2B, SaaS, or SEO content, with the ability to address industry-specific challenges and solutions.
