Are you a talented writer with a knack for storytelling and a passion for short-form video content? YZvidz is on the hunt for a creative and fluent English writer to join our team as a Scriptwriter for our YouTube Shorts in the commentary niche. This role involves everything from discovering captivating ideas and viral clips to constructing compelling narratives and penning the final script.

Initially, you'll dive into scriptwriting while familiarizing yourself with our processes. As you gain proficiency, you'll take charge of the entire creative pipeline independently, adhering to our established SOPs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Discover and research ideas and viral content that align with our channel's themes.
• Craft clear and engaging story structures with captivating hooks and rewarding conclusions.
• Create concise, high-retention scripts tailored for 30–40 second YouTube Shorts.
• Adapt to an established writing style and meticulously follow SOPs.
• Envision the video's flow and collaborate with editors to bring your vision to life.
• Receive and integrate feedback constructively to enhance script quality.

What We're Seeking:

• Exceptional command of written English, with a natural and conversational tone.
• Solid understanding of short-form storytelling and strategies for maintaining viewer attention.
• Familiarity with YouTube Shorts and the nuances of this platform.
• Strong research abilities and sound judgment in selecting material.
• Proficiency in visualizing the final video during the scriptwriting process.
• Ability to work independently, reliably, and with strong organizational skills.
• Receptiveness to feedback and a commitment to continual growth.
• Capability to scale from 7 to 14 scripts weekly as our operations expand.
