As our Reels Editor and Content Strategist, you'll play a crucial role in transforming raw footage from Yasir's live workshops, bootcamps, and keynote speeches into engaging Instagram Reels. Your creativity and keen eye for detail will help our audience learn and grow through entertaining and educational videos.
What You'll Do
Content Creation: Dive into our extensive library of workshop footage to identify impactful moments. Craft these into compelling Reels that captivate and educate.
Editing Expertise: Analyze our top-performing content to produce 1-2 high-quality Reels daily that align with our brand's educational mission.
Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of the curve by researching trends across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. Harness this knowledge to bring fresh, innovative ideas to our content strategy.
Performance Monitoring: Participate in weekly performance reviews to evaluate content impact, learn from results, and continuously refine your craft.

Compensation and Benefits
Enjoy a competitive base salary of $1,200 per month, with performance bonuses that reward your success. Earn an extra $50 for every Reel reaching 500,000 views and $100 for those hitting 1,000,000 views. The sky's the limit with uncapped bonuses!
