Your Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive YouTube and video content strategy.
• Ensure a consistent schedule of engaging YouTube uploads.
• Transform high-performing content into short-form videos for diverse social media channels.
• Track and analyze impact metrics and KPIs to refine content strategies.

Role Requirements

• Develop and enhance our YouTube content strategy.
• Plan and manage video shoots across formats such as long-form content, Shorts, testimonials, and promotional videos.
• Create and refine scripts and briefs for all video productions.
• Optimize video content for varied platforms, including YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Collaborate with internal teams on aligning campaign messages and strategies.
• Set the creative and visual tone for the video production team.
• Evaluate and provide feedback on video edits, animations, and final productions.
