The Opportunity

We're seeking a Post-Production YouTube Manager who will spearhead a team of talented video editors, ensuring the delivery of exceptional YouTube content that captivates audiences worldwide. You'll be pivotal in setting the creative vision, managing video projects, and collaborating closely with Creative Directors to develop and refine the style and quality of our productions.

Your role will bridge our creative and client success teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment of goals. You will also contribute to enhancing our post-production processes and nurturing a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Who We're Looking For

• An expert in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Proven track record in managing and mentoring video editors, with a knack for fostering creativity and achieving high standards.
• Skilled in providing clear, constructive feedback and in enhancing the work of your team.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, capable of articulating creative concepts effectively.
• Thrives under pressure, adaptable, and eager to learn new technologies and methodologies.
• Strong leadership and teamwork abilities, with a vision for guiding your team towards creative excellence.
