About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Performance Creative Strategist to spearhead our paid social media creative efforts. In this role, you will drive the creative process from concept to execution, producing compelling content that resonates across platforms like Meta and TikTok. With a focus on performance metrics rather than vanity metrics, your role will be pivotal in crafting high-impact, innovative concepts that convert potential customers into loyal advocates.

Collaborating closely with a talented video editor and a diverse network of creators, you will balance creativity with efficiency, ensuring our content remains fresh and impactful. Your success will be measured by metrics such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and new customer acquisition.

Your Responsibilities:

• Design and manage creative strategies for Meta and other social platforms to drive new customer growth.
• Generate a variety of creative concepts and storyboards to test performance hypotheses.
• Craft engaging ad copy and scripts to connect with diverse audiences effectively.
• Collaborate with video editors to produce compelling video content tailored for social media.
• Stay ahead of social media trends, leveraging insights to develop successful creative.
• Build and oversee a pipeline of user-generated content creators and partners.
• Analyze performance data to refine and enhance creative strategies continually.
• Work cross-functionally with Growth, Brand, and Customer Experience teams to align creative goals.

What We’re Looking For:

• A minimum of 3 years in a performance creative role, preferably within consumer brands or agencies.
• Proven experience in crafting and optimizing creative for Meta Ads Manager.
• Deep understanding of social media KPIs and how to leverage them for success.
• A creative storyteller adept at turning data into compelling content strategies.
• A passion for social media trends, meme culture, and creator communities.
• Proficiency in content creation, including shooting and editing content using a smartphone.
• Exceptional scripting and writing skills for video assets.
• A self-motivated individual who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with direct-to-consumer, subscription, or food & beverage brands.
• Hands-on experience in media buying and campaign management.
• Skills in design or motion graphics.
• Experience managing freelance creators or user-generated content production.
