Your Role
We are searching for a talented Strategist to partner closely with one of our top-tier creators, crafting and steering their content journey on Twitch and YouTube. This hybrid position, based in Austin, Texas, combines in-office collaboration with remote flexibility, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creator-centric environment. You will be instrumental in co-authoring the creator’s content vision, leveraging your strategic prowess, analytical insights, and a profound grasp of Twitch and gaming culture to create compelling and memorable content.

Responsibilities
As a pivotal member of our team, you will:

• Jointly develop the creator's overarching content vision and long-term strategy, merging cultural instincts with data-driven decisions.
• Design and execute major cultural events, from impactful live streams to high-stakes stunts, that captivate and engage audiences.
• Craft micro-moments that ignite short-form virality and bolster community interaction.
• Collaborate with the content manager to translate strategic plans into actionable weekly and monthly production schedules.
• Work alongside creative professionals—videographers, editors, and designers—to maintain storytelling excellence across all channels.
• Serve as a Twitch culture expert, staying informed about top creators, current trends, and significant platform developments.
• Align with the talent manager to ensure that all strategies support broader business goals and partnerships.
• Analyze performance metrics to refine content formats and maximize audience retention and impact.
• Adopt a flexible work approach, balancing in-person presence for key productions with remote work for strategic and planning activities, including occasional travel for special events.

Ideal Candidate
The perfect candidate will have:

• A track record of successfully scaling content for a leading Twitch or YouTube creator or personal experience operating at a similar level.
• An intuitive understanding of Twitch IRL and gaming livestream culture, including key figures, narratives, and evolving formats.
• A strategic and creative mindset capable of transforming ideas into culture-defining content.
• Hands-on experience with the nuances of livestream and long-form content creation.
• Strong analytical skills to uncover opportunities for breakthrough content through data analysis.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities to work seamlessly with talent and creative teams.
