NFL Content Editor

We’re hiring a talented video editor to produce high-energy short-form sports content for a fast-moving NFL-focused brand. This role is ideal for someone who thrives under tight deadlines, understands how to keep viewers engaged, and can recreate a very specific editing style with precision.

Because our content is tied to TikTok reward program requirements, consistency is essential. We need someone who can follow an existing visual identity without drifting from it. If you can match a style exactly and work quickly, this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Do

Edit short-form videos in the 60–120 second range for TikTok, Reels, and similar platforms. You’ll work with sports-related footage, especially NFL news and moments, and turn raw clips into polished, attention-grabbing content that feels on-brand every time.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong ability to replicate an established editing style with accuracy
• Consistency across every video to meet platform and program requirements
• Fast delivery, typically within 24–48 hours
• Experience creating engaging short-form videos for social media
• Solid sense of pacing, motion graphics, text treatment, and sound design
• Clear communication and a willingness to revise quickly when needed

Nice to Have

If you can do more than match the style and also help improve the overall polish while keeping the same look and feel, that’s a strong advantage.

Compensation

Pay ranges from $25 to $75 per completed video, depending on complexity and revision needs.

Hiring Process

We’ll review your portfolio first. If you’re selected to move forward, we’ll provide a test project using raw footage and clear creative direction. The editor whose test best captures our style will be chosen.
