Dagem Desta is looking for a talented YouTube Producer to help shape an automotive storytelling channel built around a Porsche 911, road trips, racing, and life on the move. This is a remote, ongoing opportunity for a creative editor who can take provided footage, ideas, and scripts and transform them into compelling videos that keep viewers watching from the first second to the last.

The role centers on long-form, narrative-driven edits in the 15-minute range, with a strong focus on pacing, emotional flow, and audience retention. You’ll also create three thumbnail concepts for each upload to support testing and performance. The first project follows a cross-country journey in a Porsche 911, combining solo camping, national park travel, and a race-track finish. The opening script for that video is already prepared.

This position begins with a paid test assignment: a 30-second intro edit using a locked script and selected footage. Every candidate will complete the same test at the same flat rate, and the strongest result will move forward to the full video project.

Compensation starts at $300 per finished video and is designed to grow alongside the channel. As the audience expands, the opportunity includes a raise after monetization and performance-based bonuses for standout uploads. The long-term vision includes an ongoing racing series and a continued creative partnership.

What we’re looking for:

• A strong understanding of retention-driven editing, including compelling openings, smooth pacing, and strategic curiosity gaps
• Experience editing long-form YouTube content, especially in automotive, travel, adventure, or documentary-style formats
• The ability to make vehicle footage feel cinematic while knowing when to let quiet, atmospheric moments breathe
• Solid sound design instincts, including engine audio, ambient layers, and music that supports the story and voiceover
• Someone who can offer thoughtful creative input and speak up when an idea needs to be adjusted
• A collaborative mindset and interest in building a long-term working relationship as the channel grows

Requirements:

• Remote, U.S.-based, with strong English communication skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, with project files returned upon completion
• Thumbnail design ability using Photoshop or a similar tool
• Experience with color correction/grading and audio mixing
• A portfolio featuring long-form YouTube edits; prior channel growth or breakout performance is a plus
• Ability to complete full video projects within 14 days
