Your main responsibilities will include conducting thorough research, developing unique angles, and writing scripts that flow naturally and can be easily delivered on camera, even by non-actors. Your scripts will not only educate but also build trust and authority, steering clear of typical ad copywriting and focusing on narrative-driven content.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in writing long-form YouTube scripts, with a knack for transforming themes or keywords into compelling narratives. Your storytelling skills should be top-notch, allowing you to seamlessly structure content from engaging hooks to clear calls to action. Additionally, you should have the creative ability to conceive video ideas, titles, and thumbnail concepts that captivate and retain viewers.

To succeed in this role, you should have at least one year of experience in YouTube scriptwriting or a similar field. You will be expected to produce 2-4 scripts per month, accompanied by 5-10 creative title or idea suggestions.
