ROY, The Closer is looking for a skilled long-form stream clipper/editor who can move quickly, spot standout moments, and turn live streams into engaging videos that people actually want to watch.

This is a high-volume, long-term opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to identify the funniest, most entertaining, and most shareable moments from live content. We publish 20 to 40 long-form videos each month, so consistency, reliability, and strong creative instincts are essential.

We want someone who already understands the world of streamer content and knows how to edit with the rhythm, pacing, and comedic timing that keeps viewers hooked. If you have experience working with stream-based creators and know how to build compelling clips from IRL or live stream footage, this role could be a strong fit.

Speed matters here. You should be comfortable reviewing streams quickly, pulling multiple usable clips, and turning around strong selections within a short timeframe after the stream goes live. We are looking for someone who is proactive, efficient, and able to keep up with a steady workflow.
