LOL Podcast is looking for a talented Long-Form Video Editor to help shape entertaining, fast-moving content that keeps viewers engaged from start to finish. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to build momentum through clean pacing, creative transitions, dynamic effects, and thoughtful audio layering.

You’ll be editing a mix of animation, challenge-based content, and real-life footage, so flexibility and a strong sense of storytelling are essential. A great fit for this position will know how to enhance voice-overs, balance sound design, and bring personality to every cut while maintaining a professional, polished final product.

We’re looking for an editor with at least 1 year of experience who is comfortable working remotely and collaborating in a creative, fast-paced environment. If you enjoy turning raw footage into compelling long-form videos and have a sharp eye for detail, we’d love to see your work.

What You’ll Bring

Strong editing skills with a focus on long-form storytelling, pacing, and retention. Experience working with voice-over content, audio cleanup, and sound design. Familiarity with animation, challenge, and IRL-style edits. The ability to create engaging visual rhythm using effects, cuts, and transitions. Strong communication skills and fluency in English.

What We’re Looking For

A creative editor who can take initiative, work independently, and consistently deliver high-quality content. You should be comfortable adapting to different editing styles, handling feedback professionally, and meeting deadlines in a remote setting.
