The Stella Show is searching for a talented Lead Video Editor to help shape entertaining YouTube videos for a kids and family audience. This remote role involves editing three episodes each week and turning raw footage into polished, fast-moving content that feels fun, clear, and highly watchable.

We’re looking for someone who can bring strong storytelling instincts, sharp pacing, and a thoughtful approach to visuals and audio. You should be comfortable adding motion graphics, refining sound, and making edits that support the rhythm and personality of each video. Whether the project is a scripted segment, vlog, skit, challenge, or IRL-style piece, your edits should help hold attention and elevate the final product.

The right candidate understands what makes YouTube content perform well and knows how to keep audiences engaged throughout the full runtime. You’ll need to communicate clearly, take direction well, respond efficiently to feedback, and consistently deliver high-quality work on schedule. A strong eye for detail and a collaborative mindset are essential for success in this role.

Required tools: Final Cut Pro is preferred, though Adobe Premiere Pro is also accepted. Applicants should have at least 1 year of editing experience and be comfortable working in English.
