Your Role and Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Communication: Guide your team by setting clear deadlines and managing expectations.
• Creative Efficiency: Collaborate with leadership to streamline processes and optimize creative output.
• Mentorship: Serve as a mentor and support system for your team, fostering creativity and development.
• Motivation: Inspire and energize your team through respect and shared experience.
• YouTube Metrics Mastery: Analyze key YouTube analytics to enhance content strategies and storytelling.
• Competitive Strategy: Investigate and implement successful strategies from industry competitors to boost engagement.
• Feedback Implementation: Deliver constructive feedback to align team efforts with project visions.
• Production Direction: Provide clear guidance to production teams, ensuring scripts and storyboards come to life seamlessly.

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of experience in writing and/or leading creative teams.
• Proficiency in YouTube analytics, including AVD, CTR, and other key metrics.
• Exceptional communication skills and an active presence.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and enhance team performance.
• Strong knowledge of Minecraft, social media, and pop culture trends.
• Experience with major industry competitors like Mr. Beast, Prestonplayz, and others.
• Background in roles related to Minecraft/YouTube content creation such as Builder, Editor, Animator, or Actor.
