Esten Golf is looking for a creative and detail-oriented video editor to help elevate our YouTube golf content through polished, story-driven documentaries and commentary-style videos.

As our channel continues to grow, we want to partner with someone who can turn provided assets into engaging edits that feel clear, entertaining, and professionally crafted from start to finish.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience editing sports or documentary-style content for YouTube.
• A strong sense of narrative flow, timing, and humor.
• Comfort using motion graphics, audio enhancement, and sound effects to improve the final cut.
• Knowledge of what keeps viewers watching on YouTube.
• Familiarity with the golf content space and its audience.
• Interest in building a long-term working relationship.

What we’ll provide:

We’ll supply the script, voice-over audio, footage references with timestamps, and any specific direction needed to guide the edit.

Your role will include:

Transforming those materials into an engaging final video that fills in missing pieces, improves clarity, and keeps the audience connected throughout the story.

Most projects will run between 8 and 15 minutes, with a target of producing 2 to 3 documentaries each month.
