In this role, you'll be responsible for producing 15 to 20 ad variations every week, transforming raw footage into visually captivating ads with direct-response elements like hooks and pattern interrupts. Your expertise in platforms such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects will be key as you apply motion graphics, text overlays, and sound design to ensure the ads are not only eye-catching but also effectively communicate the intended message.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Production:
⢠Develop and edit compelling short-form video ads (15-60 seconds) for Facebook and Instagram feeds, stories, and reels.
⢠Consistently produce a high volume of ad variations, incorporating changes to hooks, calls to action (CTAs), and overall format.
⢠Skillfully manage raw footage, including testimonials and user-generated content (UGC), to create ads that stop the scroll.
⢠Implement effective motion graphics, text overlays, captions, transitions, and sound design.
⢠Organize and maintain a comprehensive library of raw assets, templates, and project files.
Process & Communication:
⢠Accurately follow creative briefs and adhere to naming conventions.
⢠Deliver neatly organized files, ensuring correct specifications, naming, and formats for each platform.
⢠Communicate proactively regarding workload, potential challenges, and timelines.
⢠Engage in weekly creative review meetings to refine and improve content.
⢠Document and uphold standard operating procedures for recurring workflows.
Qualifications:
Must-Have:
⢠A minimum of 3 years in editing short-form video content, specifically in the realm of direct-response advertising.
⢠Proven success with direct-response techniques such as hooks, pattern interrupts, and compelling CTAs.
⢠Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro, along with After Effects or similar tools for motion graphics.
⢠Comprehensive understanding of Meta ad formats and best practices for feeds, stories, and reels.
⢠Demonstrated experience in high-volume creative production, capable of producing over 15 ad variations weekly.
⢠A strong portfolio showcasing paid ad work with data on performance metrics like CTR and conversions.
⢠Expertise in clean, readable caption and subtitle styling, as well as sound design essentials.
⢠Self-motivation and the ability to work independently, with minimal oversight.
Preferred/Nice-to-Have:
⢠Experience within the coaching, education, or info-product sectors.
⢠Familiarity with UGC-style ad formats and native creative that seamlessly integrates into social media feeds.
⢠Knowledge of A/B testing for creative elements, including hooks, thumbnails, and CTAs.
