DanCookedIt is looking for an experienced and highly motivated content leader who is passionate about YouTube and excited to help shape the future of a major creator brand.

This role is ideal for someone who combines creative instincts with analytical thinking. You should be energized by building content systems, improving workflow efficiency, and turning ideas into consistent, high-performing videos. A strong understanding of YouTube strategy, audience behavior, and content optimization is essential.

As Head of Content / Creative Director, you will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day content operation. Responsibilities include managing production schedules, keeping the pipeline organized, coordinating uploads, testing and evaluating short-form content, and helping guide the overall creative direction of the channel. You will work closely with Dan and the broader team to increase output, strengthen execution, and support continued channel growth.

Clear communication, strong organization, and the ability to collaborate across multiple team members are critical for success in this position. We are looking for someone who thrives behind the scenes, takes ownership, and brings both structure and creativity to a fast-moving environment.

This is a full-time remote position working on U.S. Eastern Time hours. Candidates based in South Florida are strongly encouraged to apply, and relocation may be a plus for the right person.
