About the Opportunity

Tdawgsmitty is looking for a creative and driven gaming strategist to help expand a growing YouTube presence focused on GTA and broader gaming content. This role is centered on ideation, channel growth, and developing compelling video concepts that connect with gaming audiences.

If you enjoy spotting trends, brainstorming fresh content directions, and understanding what makes GTA and gaming videos perform well, this could be a great fit. You’ll work closely on shaping ideas that support the channel’s next stage of growth while keeping content engaging, relevant, and audience-focused.

What You’ll Do

Help generate original video ideas for GTA and general gaming content.

Support the channel’s growth by contributing strategic, audience-aware concepts.

Bring knowledge of the gaming space to identify what resonates with viewers.

Collaborate on content direction with a focus on gameplay and scripted-style videos.

What We’re Looking For

At least 1 year of experience working with YouTube content or channel growth.

Strong familiarity with GTA and the wider gaming community.

A proactive mindset and a strong work ethic.

Comfort working remotely and communicating in English.

Someone who is ready to contribute ideas consistently and help move the channel forward.
