Your role will be pivotal in spearheading a fresh content direction centered around product comparisons, thereby enriching our offerings to our vast audience.

As we expand, we're thrilled to introduce a new product line that complements our educational initiatives.

Your Role:

• Conceptualize and propose two unique YouTube video ideas each month, complete with engaging titles, eye-catching thumbnail designs, and clear value propositions.
• Develop comprehensive pre-production plans, including detailed concept sheets and call sheets, to prepare our host, Jeff Thorman, for filming.
• Oversee the entire video production process, from brainstorming to final edits, ensuring a seamless transition from concept to completion.
• Innovate and expand our content portfolio by focusing on product comparison videos that showcase tools, materials, and renovation gear.

Ideal Candidate:

• Possesses 2–3 years of experience in producing YouTube content, particularly in home improvement, DIY, lifestyle, or product review niches.
• Has a keen understanding of what makes titles and thumbnails click-worthy, with a penchant for experimenting based on performance metrics.
• Thinks strategically about content pillars and is adept at engaging diverse audiences.
• Is organized, proactive, and capable of managing the entire production process from inception to post-production.
• Communicates effectively and enjoys working collaboratively with talent and editors.
• Bonus: Holds a genuine interest in home renovations or hands-on DIY projects.
