Doventra Production LLC is seeking a top-tier thumbnail designer to help shape the visual identity of our true crime YouTube channel. Our content centers on bodycam footage, interrogation clips, and other real-world crime stories, so we need someone who can create thumbnails that feel authentic, dramatic, and impossible to ignore.

In most cases, your work will begin with real bodycam imagery. From there, you’ll enhance the frame through expert color work, cleanup, contrast control, composition, and text treatment to maximize click appeal. When a key moment needs to be recreated, you’ll use compositing or AI to build a convincing result that blends seamlessly with real footage. Visual realism is essential—anything that looks artificial will not work for our audience.

We’re looking for a designer who already understands what drives strong YouTube performance and can deliver thumbnails that stand out in a competitive space. Style references and competitor examples will be provided to help guide the look and feel we’re aiming for.

What we’re looking for

• A portfolio showcasing high-performing YouTube thumbnails with strong click-through potential
• Proven ability to create believable AI-assisted or composited imagery that reads as real photography
• Advanced Photoshop skills and a sharp eye for detail
• Someone who works independently, communicates clearly, and consistently meets deadlines
