We’re looking for a top-tier YouTube editor who can deliver work at a premium, highly polished standard. This role is for someone who understands how to keep viewers engaged through sharp pacing, strong visual storytelling, and thoughtful post-production choices.

The content will focus on talking-head, educational, business, and AI-related topics, typically running between 15 and 25 minutes per video. You’ll be expected to elevate raw footage into a dynamic final product that feels professional, modern, and built for audience retention.

Responsibilities include creating advanced motion graphics and animations, integrating B-roll in a layered and strategic way, adding captions and text elements that enhance the message, and blending screen recordings with clean zooms, highlights, and visual callouts. Every edit should feel intentional, with fast pacing, minimal dead air, and frequent visual changes to maintain momentum.

This is an ongoing remote opportunity with consistent weekly output. We need at least two completed videos each week, and the relationship is intended to be long term. Raw footage will be provided along with detailed editor notes, including timestamps, visual direction, and graphic cues.

We’re especially interested in editors who can work independently, follow detailed direction, and bring a strong sense of timing and storytelling to every project.
