About the Role

We produce exciting content centered around the outdoors, survival, fishing, diving, and high-adrenaline adventures, and we’re looking for an experienced Thumbnail Designer who can turn ideas into eye-catching visuals that drive attention and boost performance on YouTube.

In this role, you’ll transform creative concepts, packaging ideas, and strategic direction into polished thumbnails that spark curiosity and encourage clicks. You’ll work closely with the strategist to bring each vision to life, ensuring every design aligns with the content’s energy, message, and audience appeal.

What You’ll Do

• Convert briefs and concepts into visually strong, high-converting artwork.
• Collaborate with the strategist and implement feedback with precision.
