We are seeking an experienced short-form editor to help produce sharp, professional reels for a channel focused on behavioral economics, business strategy, and psychology. This role is ideal for someone who can transform detailed editing plans into polished videos that feel clean, modern, and highly engaging—without relying on overly flashy or chaotic social media effects.

Each project comes with a clear, second-by-second editing outline, so your focus will be on precise execution, strong pacing, and premium motion design. You’ll work with a defined visual system that includes brand fonts, approved colors, and a curated set of sound effects, making consistency and speed essential.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable working in Premiere Pro and After Effects, with the ability to combine text-based editing, motion graphics, sound design, and tracked visual elements into seamless final cuts. Experience with MOGRTs and dynamic linking is important, as is the ability to deliver efficient turnaround times while maintaining a high standard of quality.
