We are inspired by content creators like Gohar Khan and aim to create similar engaging content uniquely tailored for nurses. Initially focusing on YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels, we have exciting plans to branch out into long-form content in the future.
Who We Are Looking For
We are searching for someone who excels in simplifying complex information, making it accessible and engaging for a diverse audience. You should be adept at leveraging AI to enhance your efficiency without losing the human touch. Our ideal candidate will seamlessly adapt to our brand's voice and tone, delivering content that feels both natural and engaging. Previous experience in crafting 'edu-tainment' scripts for platforms like YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook is highly desirable.
Your Responsibilities
ā¢ Generate 50 to 75 innovative video ideas monthly.
ā¢ Craft 30 engaging short-form scripts each month, submitted in two batches of 15.
ā¢ Provide detailed visual direction notes for our creative team to enhance script delivery.
Compensation and Growth
We offer a competitive monthly retainer of $2500 USD for your creative contributions, starting with a paid trial batch. Successful candidates can look forward to an ongoing bi-monthly submission schedule, with opportunities for increased remuneration and revenue sharing as our channel grows.
