Bitsmith Agency is looking for a talented video editor with a strong sense of storytelling and a sharp eye for brand style. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys shaping raw footage into polished, engaging content that feels intentional, memorable, and aligned with a brand’s identity.

You’ll work across a mix of short-form content and a few long-form projects each month, helping bring ideas to life through thoughtful pacing, strong visual choices, and a clear narrative structure. While scripts, outlines, and direction will be provided, you should be confident making creative decisions that elevate the final result.

We’re looking for someone who is comfortable working with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve, and who understands how to refine edits based on feedback. A great sense of rhythm, timing, and comedic delivery is important, along with the ability to adapt your editing style to different brand aesthetics.
