Are you ready to be at the forefront of an exciting new venture? Things Hidden is on the lookout for a passionate and innovative Digital Media Content Manager to lead the charge in launching and expanding our podcast, blog, and community. This role is predominantly remote, with occasional in-person collaboration at our Founderโs home office and podcast studios in Austin.
As a key player in our startup environment, youโll be instrumental from day one, helping to shape a project that delves into the fascinating crossroads of Faith, Religion, Physics, Evolution, Philosophy, Consciousness, and Technological Innovation. Your enthusiasm for digital media and your ability to thrive in a dynamic setting will be crucial as we prepare for our May 2025 launch.
Working closely with our visionary Founder, you'll engage in deep collaborative ideation, contributing to the creative process and executing day-to-day tasks that align with our mission. This role demands a synergistic relationship with the Founder, evolving into a trusted partner capable of stepping into their shoes when needed.
Our Founder, with a significant public presence in a separate industry, aims to leverage their influence to launch this initiative to an eagerly awaiting audience. While profit is not the primary goal, success will naturally lead to monetization, with a commitment to donate 50% of all revenue to charitable causes.
As the Digital Media Content Manager, your responsibilities will include driving audience growth across platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok, managing audience interactions, overseeing podcast editing, and facilitating content creation. You'll also spearhead the community launch and manage its growth, ensuring the blog's successful rollout.
We're seeking someone with a systems-oriented mindset, excellent communication skills, and a knack for anticipating needs. Proficiency with tools like GPT, Gsuite, and Slack is essential, as is the ability to quickly learn new digital tools. Experience in social media content creation and a love for podcasts are highly desirable.
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $150,000, alongside a discretionary annual bonus, reflecting your experience and contribution to our mission.
