Brale Brands is seeking a remote Creative Strategist who can help shape and scale standout advertising for our DTC beauty portfolio. This role is perfect for someone who blends creative instinct with analytical thinking and knows how to turn insights into ads that drive measurable growth.

In this position, you’ll dive deep into campaign results, study competitor creative, and uncover the concepts, hooks, and angles most likely to win. You’ll partner closely with media buyers and creative teams to build fast-moving test plans, create clear direction for production, and keep our creative pipeline fresh across platforms.

What You’ll Do

• Review ad performance metrics to determine which ideas are scaling and which need to be refined or replaced
• Research competitor campaigns and top-performing creative across Meta, TikTok, and other ad libraries
• Develop fresh concepts, scripts, hooks, and messaging for formats such as UGC, VSL, static, TOF, and product demo ads
• Write concise, actionable briefs for editors, writers, videographers, and on-camera talent
• Work with the media buying team to decide what creative should be tested next and why
• Monitor emerging trends, platform updates, and best practices across TikTok Shop, Meta, Amazon, and related channels

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in creative strategy for DTC or eCommerce brands
• A strong grasp of direct-response advertising principles, including hooks, pacing, offers, and calls to action
• Confidence using performance data to guide decisions and creative direction
• Ability to produce clear, practical briefs that help teams move quickly
• Strong communication skills and a fast, reliable turnaround

Nice to Have

• Background working with beauty, wellness, or health-focused consumer brands
• Experience briefing or directing AI-assisted content tools such as HeyGen, Higgsfield, Veo, Runway, or Kling
• Familiarity with TikTok Shop and Amazon ad creative formats
