• Proven experience in producing engaging YouTube-style content, with a focus on unscripted, challenge-based, or social-first formats.
• A creative thinker with a knack for turning spontaneous ideas, like surprising nurses at the crack of dawn, into seamless production days.
• Exceptional planning abilities: adept at creating shot lists, scripting key moments, coordinating teams, and managing tight schedules.
• A collaborative spirit: skilled at working closely with hosts to translate their unique voice into the final cut.
• A passion for content that resonates emotionally, whether it's through laughter, tears, or fostering community engagement.
• Bonus points for familiarity with healthcare culture or direct experience in the nursing sector.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in creative production, particularly in digital or branded content.
• Proficiency in managing nimble productions, whether solo or with a small team.
• Expertise in project management tools and post-production processes, including editing and pacing.
• Access to skilled editors and camera operators, or the capability to oversee these roles yourself.
• Willingness to travel or work remotely as needed, primarily within the U.S.
• Solid understanding of digital platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram Reels.
