We are looking for an innovative and enthusiastic YouTube Channel Manager and Creative Lead to take charge of our content development and strategy for Cameron Fous' dynamic YouTube channel, dedicated to Crypto and Forex trading, alongside lifestyle and motivational themes. As the driving force behind our channel, you will lead a talented team including video editors, thumbnail designers, and scriptwriters, ensuring seamless content creation, scheduling, and strategic deployment.

Your mission will be to craft a robust content strategy inspired by Iman Gadzhi's 'Flywheel' system, crafting engaging feeder content that directs viewers towards high-impact Video Sales Letters (VSLs). You will align all content with our key offerings, which include educational trading products and services available through Quantum Cipher Lab and our proprietary trading firm, Hydrafunding.

• Managing and coordinating a creative team, including video editors, thumbnail designers, and scriptwriters.
• Ensuring timely, strategic posting of content to maximize viewer engagement and conversions.
• Developing video ideas that effectively funnel viewers to our sales-driven VSLs.
• Regularly analyzing channel analytics to optimize content strategies for performance and growth.
• Leveraging trending topics and SEO strategies to boost channel growth and subscriber engagement.

Ideal Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience managing successful YouTube channels, particularly within finance, trading, or educational contexts.
• In-depth understanding of YouTube growth strategies, SEO optimization, and content funneling tactics.
• Creative vision with the ability to inspire and guide a team towards achieving ambitious goals.
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency in managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Familiarity with content styles and strategic approaches from influencers like Iman Gadzhi or Alex Hormozi is a plus.
