The Opportunity:

We are on the hunt for a visionary Creative Director to revolutionize our long-form YouTube videos, spanning 20 to 30 minutes. Your role will be pivotal in crafting compelling narratives, setting the tone, and steering the team towards viral success. You will collaborate with writers, producers, and performers to maintain our signature chaotic and family-friendly style.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and innovate the creative direction for long-form video content.
• Develop engaging video formats with escalating narratives and surprise elements to retain audience interest.
• Guide a talented team of scriptwriters, editors, and producers to execute creative visions.
• Work closely with Zhong and the on-set crew to ensure seamless integration of tone and performance in a dynamic filming environment.
• Analyze video performance metrics to refine storytelling techniques and pacing.
• Stay informed on the latest Gen Alpha trends and storytelling techniques relevant to our content style.
• Ensure all content aligns with Zhong's distinctive channel identity.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in developing long-form YouTube content, particularly in challenge or real-life skit formats.
• In-depth knowledge of YouTube storytelling, audience retention strategies, and engaging Gen Alpha viewers.
• Familiarity with creators such as Stokes Twins, Ben Azelart, NichLmao, Preston, and Topper Guild.
• Strong comedic timing, quick decision-making, and visual storytelling skills.
• Comfortable leading creative teams in a fast-paced, spontaneous filming environment.
• Based in Los Angeles or willing to commute to West Hollywood for on-site collaborations.
