- Facilitate seamless collaboration among team members, integrating talent, content, branding, and campaigns into a unified strategy.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand our social media presence, enhance engagement, and bolster brand authority.
- Serve as the creative linchpin for our operations, overseeing everything from storytelling methodologies to project timelines.

Qualifications:
- Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years in creative leadership roles such as Creative Director, Content Director, or similar, preferably within social media, digital branding, or media production.
- Content Strategy Expertise: Robust knowledge of crafting short-form and long-form content strategies for platforms like YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage, motivate, and hold a creative team accountable for executing brand-aligned projects.
- Creative Portfolio: A proven track record of directing content and creative campaigns that achieve measurable growth.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using creative and project management tools such as Adobe Suite, Figma, Notion, Trello/Asana, etc.
- Location Requirement: This role requires an onsite presence; candidates must be local or willing to relocate.
