In this role, you will be the architect of TaperClinic’s brand voice, shaping its presence across various media platforms. Your expertise will guide the production of content that is not only engaging but also aligns with our values of credibility and compassion. You will develop and implement systems that enhance our content creation and publishing capabilities, ensuring that our message reaches millions effectively.

Responsibilities include overseeing the day-to-day operations of the content team, fostering a creative environment where ideas can flourish, and ensuring our storytelling remains impactful and authentic. You will play a crucial role in recruiting and mentoring a dynamic team of creative professionals, while also analyzing performance metrics to continuously refine our content strategies.

We seek a candidate with at least five years of experience in creative direction, media production, or brand management, particularly within the realms of healthcare or mission-driven initiatives. Your ability to build and optimize content systems, coupled with a strong narrative instinct and proficiency with digital tools, will be essential in driving our brand forward.
