Key Responsibilities (10–25 hrs/week, flexible):

• Design and refine short-form video content (YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Reels) utilizing ViralBrain AI, focusing on trendy roast-style themes and viral potential.
• Manage content distribution across various platforms, analyze performance metrics, and continuously refine content strategies to boost engagement and reach.
• Conduct in-depth research into market competitors and emerging trends, while gathering valuable insights from creator communities.
• Collaborate on creative concepts for content that highlights the monetization opportunities our platform offers.

Requirements and Skills:

• Demonstrated experience in crafting and editing short-form video content, particularly in roast, comedic, or trend-focused styles.
• A keen understanding of the dynamics behind YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Reels, including hooks, trends, pacing, and algorithmic considerations.
• Proficiency with AI video tools such as Kling, Runway, or Pika, or the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
• A flair for creative humor and compelling storytelling that captivates audiences.
• Basic analytical skills to track and leverage data for content improvement.
• Self-driven, dependable, with excellent communication skills.
• A portfolio showcasing your video projects (links to your channel, Shorts, or relevant examples, especially roast or trend content, are highly desirable).
