Melon and Sunny are seeking a talented Creative Director to spearhead the production of captivating YouTube content centered around the worlds of Minecraft and Roblox. Your role is critical in transforming gaming concepts into engaging digital experiences that captivate audiences and drive channel growth.

Key Responsibilities

As the Creative Director, you will take charge of conceptualizing and planning top-performing YouTube videos. Dive deep into the world of YouTube analytics to uncover trends and develop innovative content strategies that resonate with viewers. Your mission is to adapt and evolve trending formats, infusing them with fresh visuals, compelling stories, and exciting challenges to maximize watch time and viewer retention. Your relentless focus on growth and engagement will be pivotal in elevating our content strategy.

Minecraft Content Creation

In this role, you will manage the setup of both modded and vanilla recording environments, ensuring seamless integration of builds, modpacks, and multiplayer servers. You'll leverage your knowledge to distinguish between cost-effective, quick-to-produce content and more resource-intensive projects. By sourcing the best custom builds, plugins, and mods, you will enhance our Minecraft offerings while maintaining a network of skilled creators to collaborate with. Our goal is to re-establish a consistent daily Minecraft upload schedule, up from our current 2-3 videos per week.

Roblox Content Production

With a keen understanding of Roblox, you will design content that is both visually appealing and engaging. Your insights into the Roblox universe, including its top games and avatar marketplace trends, will guide the creation of compelling video content. By collaborating with developers and creators, you'll produce multiple daily recording plans, helping us maintain our schedule of four Roblox videos per day.

Trial Projects

Showcase your skills by crafting video plans for both Roblox and Minecraft. Align these plans with our existing content or similar channels, and incorporate trending themes, such as Italian Brainrot characters, to demonstrate your ability to produce quality content quickly. Remember, our priority is volume and efficiency—simplicity can yield excellent results.
