Your Role

We are on the hunt for an innovative Content Strategist to spearhead a new content team within Fixated. In this leadership role, you'll be the driving force behind a dedicated team, shaping and executing strategic visions that amplify our creators' impact. You will leverage both personal insights and Fixated’s exclusive methodologies to guide creators toward exponential growth.

As a mentor and collaborator, you'll inspire your team of editors and designers while partnering closely with creators to refine their narratives and brand presence. You'll also have the unique opportunity to engage with high-profile creators, providing strategic insights that yield measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and lead a cutting-edge content team at Fixated, curating a roster of exceptional creators.
• Develop and implement innovative strategies using Fixated’s proprietary models alongside your expertise.
• Mentor your team, fostering creativity and excellence in content production and design.
• Collaborate with creators to define content concepts, formats, and long-term channel strategies.
• Guide editors on crafting compelling stories and assist designers with visual branding.
• Analyze content performance metrics to refine and enhance strategic approaches.
• Facilitate the onboarding of new creators, crafting their content strategy from the outset.
• Occasionally manage high-impact projects with VIP creators, influencing large-scale success.

What We Seek

• Proven track record as a successful YouTube creator or in scaling channels effectively.
• In-depth knowledge of the content creation lifecycle, from concept to distribution.
• Hands-on experience with YouTube growth strategies and audience engagement techniques.
• Sharp creative instincts and cultural insight to identify emerging creators and trends.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills to mentor and partner with creators and teams.
• Involvement in creative roles within other creators’ businesses is a plus.
