We are seeking a dedicated Content Producer to join our team in Orange County, CA, where you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the content journey for a prominent YouTube creator. While Los Angeles-based applicants are welcome, regular travel to Orange County is required.
As a Content Producer, you will be the cornerstone of our content operations, ensuring seamless execution from concept to final product. Your responsibilities will include managing scripts, coordinating schedules, and overseeing all logistical aspects of production to maintain a high standard of quality and efficiency.

Production Management: Lead the entire production process for YouTube content, from initial planning through to post-production. You'll manage production goals, maintain a content calendar, and ensure all elements—scripts, props, and schedules—are prepared in advance.
Creative Coordination: Collaborate closely with scriptwriters and editors, facilitating script reviews and coordinating prop acquisition. Your insights will be valuable in refining ideas and timelines for optimal execution.
Team Leadership: Serve as the hub of communication between the creator and the team, aligning everyone on priorities and deadlines. You will tackle any workflow bottlenecks and hold the team accountable to timelines.
On-Set Support: Be present during filming to manage logistics, protect the creator’s focus, and address any real-time challenges that arise.
Process Improvement: Develop efficient, repeatable systems for content planning and production, exploring new tools to enhance productivity and reduce burnout.
We are seeking candidates with at least 3 years of experience in content production, with a preference for those familiar with media or entertainment environments. Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and an ability to communicate confidently are essential. Comfort working in a fast-paced, creative setting and a proactive approach to problem-solving are highly valued.
While not mandatory, experience with YouTube creators or digital talent, a strong intuition for quality content, and familiarity with content production cycles would be advantageous.
