Your essential task will be to craft captivating challenge-style videos that capture the exciting and lively atmosphere of nurses at their best—engaging in friendly competition, connecting with peers, and having an unforgettable time. You will have the opportunity to produce, film, and edit at least eight unique pieces of content that will be tailored for platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram Reels, featuring activities like Night Shift vs Day Shift Tug of War and $100 Nurse Trivia.
In collaboration with Nurse Blake and a dedicated content team, your goal will be to encapsulate the heartwarming, humorous, and spontaneous moments of the event, ensuring they are polished and professional for a wide audience.
