Join our dynamic team at Integrity Media as a Content Manager, where you will strategize and prepare multimedia content with viral potential. You'll work closely with our creative team to ensure every piece aligns seamlessly with client brand identities.

Your role will involve juggling multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring each meets deadlines without compromising quality. You'll also apply your expertise in content distribution and YouTube management to expand our reach and impact. A significant part of your work will involve crafting short-form content from podcasts and longer videos, utilizing your understanding of engaging hooks and effective banner text for maximum audience engagement.

Who You Are

We're looking for someone with a background in YouTube content creation, ideally with 1-3 years of experience. You should have a solid grasp of key psychological principles that drive viewer engagement. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva is essential, along with a keen eye for selecting and editing compelling content clips.

The ideal candidate will be adept at managing their time and communicating effectively, with a meticulous attention to detail. You should also be comfortable working during overlapping Eastern Standard Time hours, specifically from 6 AM to 10 AM EST.
