As a key player in our team, you'll have the autonomy to manage all aspects of content creation and marketing strategy for 1-3 artists. Your role will involve brainstorming viral concepts, crafting and editing compelling videos, and publishing content that captivates and grows our audience. You'll be at the forefront of spotting emerging trends, transforming creative ideas into systems that deliver consistent results.
Your Mission:
Your primary goal is to amplify the cultural influence of our artists. You'll be instrumental in executing campaigns that convert attention into tangible outcomes such as increased streams, merchandise sales, and enhanced brand presence. By collaborating closely with our founder and creative leadership, you'll contribute to building a world-class, artist-driven media ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Trend Analysis: Continuously monitor and adapt to trends across social media platforms, ensuring our content remains fresh and relevant.
- Content Creation: Design and publish short-form videos and posts tailored for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, leveraging both new and existing footage.
- Audience Growth: Develop strategies to expand our fanbase and monetize engagement, driving significant interaction with flagship content.
- Advertising: Implement and optimize paid advertising campaigns to boost standout content and support merchandise and tour promotions.
- Brand Integrity: Maintain and enhance the unique voice and aesthetic of each artist, ensuring all content aligns with their brand identity.
- Performance Tracking: Establish and maintain content calendars and SOPs, delivering monthly performance reports that highlight growth and engagement metrics.
- Collaboration: Engage with our creative team to swiftly execute innovative campaigns and maintain organized workflows using tools like Trello, Notion, and Dropbox.
About You:
- Expertise in short-form content creation with a deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
- Proven track record of growing social media accounts and achieving measurable results through strategic content and advertising.
- Strong skills in video editing and graphic design tools such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut, and Canva.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to communicate clearly and confidently.
- Experience experimenting with AI tools for enhanced content creation efficiency is a plus.
What We Offer:
- Part-time contractor role with a competitive monthly compensation of $2,500 - $3,000 for 20-25 hours per week.
