Your Role

As a Channel Manager, your primary responsibility will be to expand the social media audience of Totem Global's iconic brands. You will work alongside a passionate, cross-functional team of social media managers, strategists, and video editors, all experts in scaling entertainment and creator brands organically. We are looking for someone who lives and breathes platforms like YouTube and Facebook, with a solid 3+ years of experience.

Daily Responsibilities

• Implement and refine content strategies to enhance channel performance
• Develop and maintain a community of engaged superfans
• Create compelling thumbnails, titles, and descriptions to maximize discoverability
• Analyze performance metrics and apply insights to optimize results
• Collaborate closely with video editors to produce engaging and high-quality content
• Stay informed on the latest social media trends and platform updates to identify growth opportunities

What We’re Looking For

• Proven track record in social video and channel management on YouTube and Facebook
• Exceptional writing skills with a knack for crafting engaging titles and captions
• An eye for design that helps in creating impactful thumbnails
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities
