Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic management of our main YouTube channel, focusing on maximizing views, click-through rates, watch time, and subscriber growth.
• Conduct thorough reviews of all video content prior to publication, ensuring it is structured and paced to captivate and retain our audience.
• Work closely with Dr. Berg to align content strategies with his expertise and vision.
• Collaborate with our editorial and design teams to produce visually and intellectually stimulating content.
• Craft data-driven thumbnail and title strategies to optimize click-through rates and engagement.
• Perform competitor and trend analyses to keep our content ahead of algorithmic and audience trends.
• Utilize YouTube Analytics and A/B testing to offer actionable insights and recommendations for content enhancement.
• Provide creative and data-supported suggestions to improve script structure, video flow, and storytelling techniques.

• You have successfully grown a YouTube channel to over 1 million subscribers and consistently achieved millions of views monthly.
• You possess the ability to analyze retention and CTR metrics, providing insights into video performance.
• Your expertise includes a deep understanding of YouTube's algorithm and audience engagement strategies.
• You have experience collaborating with influencers, educators, or prominent public figures.
• Your instincts for narrative structure, content pacing, and engaging hooks are particularly sharp in the health and wellness or educational sectors.
• You are highly organized, proactive, and skilled at offering constructive feedback to both creatives and executives.
• You are adept at testing, optimizing, and iterating content strategies to consistently improve viewership.

Requirements

• Proven track record of contributing to a YouTube channel's growth to over 1 million subscribers.
• Experience managing or creating multiple videos that achieved over 1 million views.
• Ability to present before-and-after metrics demonstrating your impact on growth.
• 3–5+ years of experience as a YouTube Channel Manager, Strategist, or Producer.
• Strong understanding of YouTube SEO, A/B testing, and retention analytics.
• Proficiency with tools like TubeBuddy, VidIQ, DaVinci Resolve/Premiere, Descript, and YouTube Studio.
• Comfort working with public-facing personalities, influencers, or educators.
• Thrives in a dynamic, collaborative, remote work environment.
• Experience in launching or scaling health, educational, or high-trust content is a significant advantage.
