Your main objectives will be to uphold the high quality of our material, enhance the clarity and impact of our messaging for a broad audience, and foster steady growth in our channel's viewership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and optimize content titles and thumbnails to maximize engagement.
• Analyze channel performance metrics to inform content planning and strategy adjustments.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess at least three years of experience in channel management, with a successful track record of growing mid-sized channels while maintaining content quality. A strong understanding of audience engagement tactics and proficiency in English are essential.
