Your Role

As a Channel Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our content strategy. Your mission: to enhance our upload frequency and content quality. You'll dive into the gaming and skate YouTube landscape, analyzing what works and what doesn't, and bring fresh ideas to the table.

Responsibilities Include:

• Conducting thorough research on competitor channels to identify trends and opportunities for innovation.

• Generating a constant stream of compelling video ideas that resonate with our audience.

• Analyzing viewer engagement and retention metrics to inform content decisions.

• Collaborating on eye-catching titles and thumbnails to maximize click-through rates.

Growth Potential

As kdence expands, so will your role. You'll eventually oversee a team of editors and designers, ensuring smooth content production. Our vision is a streamlined operation where you manage the creative process from idea to upload.

Compensation

You'll earn 20% of the channel's AdSense revenue, with your income directly tied to our growth. This role is ideal for someone eager to gain hands-on experience and willing to invest in their potential.

• Remote and flexible, with a preference for those in the US Eastern time zone.

• Communication primarily through Discord.

• Initial 30-day trial period to ensure mutual compatibility.
